BrokerBay Begins Rolling Out to NTREIS Subscribers Nov 15th – Here’s What You Need to Know
As of tomorrow, BrokerBay will officially begin its launch! BrokerBay’s advanced showing management ecosystem drastically reduces agent and staff workloads, empowers agents to do more deals, and thoroughly impresses clients. This powerful tool is available to all NTREIS subscribers. Here’s how to prepare and get your launch set up:
Set up Profiles and Preferences
- A tile is now available on the SSO Dashboard to access Broker Bay
- Brokers (or Admins) will need to set up the Broker profile and preferences
- Brokers will need to set the “Launch Date” for their firm
- Agents will want to set up their profile information and preferences
- Agents will not have the ability to schedule showings until the firm for those listings has “launched”
- All users can also download the Broker Bay mobile app
Launches begin on November 15
- The earliest launch date for a Broker firm is expected to be November 15
- Brokers will have an office selection in Matrix to select the default showing service for each office that will be applied to any new listing entry
- Listings will show an icon with the booking link for the appropriate showing service, or none if applicable
- If a showing appointment is made through the platform for a listing that does not have instructions in the Broker Bay platform, Broker Bay will contact the agent for instructions (if that Broker is launched). If the Broker has not launched, there will be a note on the listing that showings are not available through this platform.
