The Advanced Historic House Specialist Seminar furthers the skills of the Historic House Specialist graduate. Advanced Historic House Specialist will address complex issues involving historic properties dating from the late 19th century to the mid-20th century. Real estate agents will learn advanced issues of historic building materials, legal practices, property research, and the economics of preservation. Course covers marketing and legal aspects of selling, purchasing, and relocating historic homes. Also how to identify and date historic properties when working with clients purchasing a historic home.
