In Part 2 of Commercial Investment Analysis and Case Study we will cover a detailed investment analysis example from start to finish. Following that students will work two real world examples from initial property data through market and property analysis and then economic analysis. Students will learn the ins and outs of a financial calculator and how to do a discounted cash flow analysis. TREC #41400
