Daniel Paz, Attorney at The Paz Law Firm PLLC

Daniel Paz is a seasoned landlord-tenant attorney in the DFW area, leading The Paz Law Firm, PLLC, for the past six years. He represents property owners, property management companies, landlords, and real estate investors in various litigation matters. With over 23 years of experience, he handles cases ranging from evictions and security deposit disputes to fair housing complaints and vendor claims. Daniel appears regularly in both state and federal courts across Dallas and nearby counties. He holds a law degree and dual Bachelor’s Degrees from Southern Methodist University and is admitted to practice law in Texas and multiple federal courts.

Katy Hubener, Agent at Crescent Real Estate Group, Former J.P. Judge

Katy Hubener, a former twice-elected Justice of the Peace in Dallas County, managed one of Texas’s busiest courts, overseeing both criminal and civil cases, including evictions. Frequently appointed as a Temporary Justice of the Peace, she is known for handling complex and high-profile cases when needed. A native of Southwest Dallas County, Katy holds degrees from Texas Tech University and Claremont Graduate University. She is also a REALTOR® and co-founded Crescent Real Estate Group with her mother, Ann. Katy is married to David E. McKamie, with whom she has two children, a daughter-in-law, a grandchild, and three dogs.
