GRI Brokerage (4 Days) will help you stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as an agent who has invested the time to develop advanced skills. Topics include professional standards, policies and procedures, brokerage and agency relationships, and business development. Completion of all 3 GRI classes satisfies 90 hours of SAE requirement!

Day 2 (Policies & Procedures) explores the operating or brokerage environment of the REALTOR® and discusses office policies and rules set by the broker that the agent must adhere to. It covers the independent contractor agreement which outlines those rules and clarifies the relationship between the broker and the agent. What’s more, it addresses communication and other policies, as well as the importance of keeping accurate records and maintaining files. It explains the need for errors and omissions insurance, and the necessity of an agency policy to determine how to handle various client scenarios.
Achieving the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Designation equips you with a full set of comprehensive skills and a true understanding of what it takes to be successful! Only 10% of agents in the state of Texas can put GRI after their names and about 5% of MetroTex members!
