GRI Business Skills (4 Days) will help you stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as an agent who has invested the time to develop advanced skills. Topics include seller services, buyer services, technology, and environment and green building. Completion of all 3 GRI classes satisfies 90 hours of SAE requirement!
Day 1: Seller Services (July 17)
Day 2: Buyer Services (July 18)
Day 3: Technology (July 24)
Day 4: Environment & Green (July 25)
Day 4 (Environment & Green) reviews environmental laws and addenda used in real estate transactions. It also examines environmental hazards and concerns relative to residential transactions. Further, it covers green loans and state and local initiatives, and uncovers green building trends and energy-efficient trends and practices that can help your clients. This is also testing day!
Achieving the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) Designation equips you with a full set of comprehensive skills and a true understanding of what it takes to be successful! Only 10% of agents in the state of Texas can put GRI after their names and about 5% of MetroTex members!
