GRI Contracts (4 Days) will help you stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as an agent who has invested the time to develop advanced skills. Topics include lending essentials, residential contracts, appraisals, surveys, negotiations, fair housing, and diversity. Completion of all 3 GRI classes satisfies 90 hours of SAE requirement!
Day 1: Finance & Lending (August 14)
Day 2: Residential Contracts (August 15)
Day 3: Appraisals, CMAs, & Pricing (August 21)
Day 4: Diversity & Fair Housing (August 22)
Day 1 (Finance & Lending) explains the TREC promulgated one-to-four family residential sales contract and explains how the provisions of the real estate contract can impact the transaction. Upon completion, students will know how to use the correct addenda for the appropriate purpose in the transaction and properly complete the forms and contracts for a real estate transaction. After this class, students will demonstrate increased competency in their position in the real estate transaction to help protect clients and mitigate risks by effectively using contracts.
