The Historic House Specialist Seminar is a 2 day seminar. It is designed to provide realtors with the tools necessary to market Dallas’ older properties. With the aid of audio/visual presentations, printed materials, question and answer sessions and hands-on research, real estate professionals will learn about historic building materials, legal practices, property research, and the economics of preservation.
