The MCDX Board of Directors is charged with overseeing the commercial data exchange provided as a service to commercial practitioners in cooperation with Moody’sAnalytics/Catylist. The MCDX Board of Directors reports to the MetroTex President. MCDX is a wholly owned subsidiary corporation. Board members are required to be subscribers to the service.
