Learn how to assess the merits of investment property, develop an understanding of the consequences of sale and discover how to develop an exit strategy. You’ll also learn to identify appropriate contract forms and addenda and know when to use them, as well as dig into how to develop a business plan based on self-awareness.
You must complete TACS1 and TACS2 before taking this course.

Day Three: December 19th
Day Four: December 20th
The Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) certification teaches you how to represent clients, perform market analyses, negotiate, and understand property development and management, as well as equip you with skills in marketing and business development. This certification shows that you’ve pursued an intensive course of study in commercial real estate and that you’re dedicated to providing the highest level of service to clients.
After completing all three TACS classes, and meeting the other certification requirements, REALTORS® may apply for the TACS certification. Learn More
