TREC 1-4 Family Residential Contract

This course will focus on understanding the TREC 1-4 Residential contract. This includes promulgated forms, time frames involved and how to follow up during the closing process. This is essential to a real estate agent being able to perform their fiduciary duties to their client. It will also discuss things that can happen between the time the offer is written and time of closing.
