Course will teach real estate practitioners how to better develop and combine resources for both buyers and sellers. The course will help agents and brokers recognize their full potential of knowledge concerning “agriculture” type properties. Examples, resources and recommendations will be made to groom the practitioner and help them function as a consultant. The agent will learn to use resources already at their disposal, then help them combine their knowledge to guide clients toward better buying and selling decisions.
