Safety Practices in Commercial Real Estate

This course will discuss what precautions to take when meeting with customers and clients during Listing and Buyer Agreement presentations. How to identify potential risk areas and situations to avoid, thereby reducing the exposure to becoming a crime victim during normal business activity in order to keep both agent and client safe.

The MetroTex Forms and Contracts Committee generates forms, contracts and business aids that allow members to save time and protect their interests in a transaction. The committee periodically reviews all MetroTex, Texas REALTORS® and TREC forms and contracts for legal or operational deficiencies and compliance with legislative changes.
