Existing REALTOR® members must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three-year cycles. The current Cycle 7 deadline is Dec. 31, 2024.
The course will focus on contracts and addenda relating to residential property and explores the most frequently used contract in Texas real estate transactions: the TREC one-to-four family residential resale contract.
