The Leasing & Property Management Committee ensures that forms and contracts that pertain to the leasing market are available to real estate professionals, and provides educational workshops and support for leasing & property management professionals.
The Commercial Committee guides MetroTex on issues and services affecting the commercial practitioner of MetroTex. The committee makes recommendations on education, networking, communications and services that they feel will help commercial practitioners be successful in their business.

TREPAC has successfully fought to keep significantly more money in your pocket by advocating on your behalf in the state legislature. The purpose of this committee is to raise money for TREPAC and to increase awareness among MetroTex members on the importance of TREPAC.
