As a member of the real estate profession each Texas license holder must be aware of the code of conduct governing how they do business. This course will cover the standards of professionalism to adhere to in business dealings and relationships as determined by the National Association of REALTORS®. This course provides knowledge of conduct that may violate the Code of Ethics involving client/customer misrepresentation, how to avoid willful discrimination, or fraud resulting in substantial economic harm to agents and clients.
