In Part 2 of Commercial Lease Analysis and Case Study we will cover two detailed commercial analyses from start to finish. Following that students will work two real world Case Studies; an Office and a Retail Case. We finish with a Lease Proposal Comparison and Recommendation to the client. TREC #43149
