This course is a basic introduction to the nuisances when transferring residential sales and clients to commercial buyers and sellers. This course will detail complex issues that can arise in a commercial transaction, challenges that might arise for agents during a transaction, and discuss the basics of commercial real estate training that must be considered. Also, how to keep from practicing law when completing commercial contracts will be discussed.
