GRI Contracts (4 Days) will help you stand out to prospective buyers and sellers as an agent who has invested the time to develop advanced skills. Day 4 (Diversity & Fair Housing) teaches students to analyze U.S. demographic information to better interpret the impact of current trends on the real estate industry.
Existing REALTOR® members must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within three-year cycles. The current Cycle 7 deadline is Dec. 31, 2024.
