Facebook Changes Policy on Real Estate Listings

Starting Jan. 30, 2023, you will no longer be able to create real estate sales and rental listings using your Facebook business page. In addition, all existing listings created from Facebook business pages will be deleted.

What Does This Mean for the Future?

The ability to create free real estate sales or rental listings is not going away. Listings will be allowed on Facebook Marketplace using your personal profile. You will also still be allowed to turn listings into ads or boosted posts.

Marketplace is an e-commerce platform for individuals and businesses to buy and sell items locally on Facebook. The service is free and available for anyone with an active Facebook account.
