Hispanic Household Wealth Reaches New Heights in 2024 Report

The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and the Hispanic Wealth Project (HWP) have released their 2024 State of Hispanic Wealth Report, showcasing remarkable growth in Hispanic household wealth. Focusing on homeownership, entrepreneurship, and investments, the report also introduces a new emphasis on asset protection and estate planning.

• Homeownership is nearing 50%.
• 44.8% of Hispanic buyers are under 35.
• 71% of home purchases are in middle-to-upper-income areas.
