In Memory: Barbara Polk

Barbara Polk (December 19, 1938 – February 4, 2021)
Barbara Jean Polk, of Euless, TX departed this life on the wings of angels February 4, 2021. She entered into eternal rest peacefully in her home, surrounded by loving and devoted family, friends, and her unfailing Faith. She was born Barbara Jean McCauley on December 19, 1938 in Houston, TX. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School and attended the University of Houston. Barbara Polk Real Estate, Inc. has operated in the DFW area for almost 50 years and if you knew Barbara, you know that helping others in Real Estate was her passion. Barbara is survived by treasured daughters Dawn, Misty and Wendy; and beloved grandchildren Emily, Grant, Amanda, McKenna, Meagan, Kathryn, and Kincade. She was the matriarch of the family and she demonstrated daily her Love for our United States of America! Her memory and her legacy of love will be cherished for generations to come.

A Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be hosted by her family at Ash Lane Methodist Church in Euless on Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. Anyone wishing to remember and commemorate Barbara is welcome to join the celebration (please rsvp wfurchak@satx.rr.com). The family requests that attendees wear patriotic colors to honor Barbara’s love of her country. In lieu of flowers, gifts in Barbara’s honor may be made to Schriner’s Hospitals for Children.
