New Field Added to Matrix Listing Input

As you enter new listings into the MLS or view listings under the Agent Full Report and Customer Full Report, you will see a new field labeled “Special Taxing Authority.” It is a Yes or No question.

This new question will accommodate properties that are subject to taxing authorities such as PIDs, PUDs, TIFs and other special taxing districts. MUDs will continue to have a separate field.

The field is located on the Lot-Utility-Environment tab of the listing input just under MUD District:
