Some Matrix Email Services Will Be Unavailable Morning of January 17

Some Matrix email services will be unavailable between approximately 2:00 am and 5:00 am Central Time on Wednesday, January 17.

During this time, CoreLogic will be performing maintenance on the Matrix Troller server, which is responsible for processing email opt-in requests, notifications from email providers, and undeliverable reports. Messages of this nature received during the maintenance window will be queued and processed when the work is complete. Other email functions—such as auto emails and direct emails—will not be interrupted.
