TREC Online Services Available to Expedite Requests
With the real estate market booming across the State of Texas new licensees entering the industry is at an all-time high. That interest has led to the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) experiencing an incredibly high call volume and in many cases very lengthy wait times.
We want to remind our members about TREC’s “My License Online Services” tool. My License Services allows you to quickly and conveniently apply for a license, renew your license, change your license status, or update your address. You can log into an existing online account registered with TREC or register a new account under the “My License Online Services” section of the homepage of the website.
TREC has long been working on new ways to improve its services to license holders. By alleviating the need for licensees to wait on agency staff, licensees to get back to the business of real estate quicker.
To utilize this tool as well as all of TREC’s online services, please go to www.trec.texas.gov and click on the “My License Online Services” button at the top of the home page.
Once logged in you can:
- Renew your license
- Change your address and contact information
- Manage your relationships (including sponsorship status)
- Change your license status
