Zillow Rental Manager

We’ve received a number of inquiries on this program, so we reached out to Zillow for clarification. Effective February 28th, Zillow is adding new services to its rental management program, so leasing agents using those tools to manually upload listings or use a third party management program for listings will pay a fee for that service. This does NOT affect display of listings sent through the NTREIS data feed – if you authorize your single/multi family rental listing for display, it will still display and there is no obligation to use their management services.
